Spent Xmas at a hotel in the Dolomites with great food and customer service. the staff were friendly, accommodating and provided us with towels for our daily trips to the nearby ski lifts. the hotel was also walking distance to the ski lift and a short drive away from Lago di Braies which was stunning.

The lack of communication regarding the prices of food at the restaurant was disappointing, as we were surprised by the higher than expected prices when we received our bill. the indoor pool was a little too cool, and the bathrobes were not readily available in our room and had to be requested.
